The Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor uses both ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy technology to deliver real-time heart rate and performance data to Garmin smartwatches, cycling computers, compatible fitness equipment, the Tacx® Training app, and other apps. It tracks running dynamics like vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, and vertical ratio to help refine your running form. For indoor workouts, it transmits pace and distance to your Garmin smartwatch via Bluetooth.
