Dosage Instructions: - Recommended use: Dissolve 1 slightly rounded scoop (50g) into 500ml water and shake well for an isotonic solution. For a hypotonic solution, which can be taken during the initial part of a race, dissolve 1 slightly rounded scoop into 750ml water and shake well.- Endurance Sport: Take 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during training and events.
